How long after you get pregnant do you start feeling nausious?

Pregnant
Serena G asked:

Not sure if that’s how you spell nausious, but anywho, my husband and I only did it less than two days ago. Could I be preganant and already feeling nausious? We’re only using condoms so it’s possible to be pregnant. Last time I was pregnant I was nausious a lot but I don’t remember when it started. HELP!

  5. No, you would not feel pregnancy symptoms just 2 days after conceiving (if in fact you did conceive).

The earliest I have felt nauseous when pregnant is 3 weeks after conception.

  7. I started feeling nauseous 4 1/2 weeks after conception, and even with that people told me that was very early.
    2 days seems too soon.

  9. I have a friend who swears she got sick the day after she became pregnant. I have no reason to doubt her. So…I think it’s going to vary…with people and with pregnancies.
    Good luck!

  10. It is very unlikely that you will be feeling nauseous already, if you only had sex two days ago. Generally it takes 6 to 12 days for the fertilized egg to travel to the uterus and attach itself and this is usually when symptoms start. However, every female is different, some experience symptoms sooner than others and some don’t have any symptoms at all. The best thing to do is to wait until your period is due and take a home pregnancy test. Good luck!

  11. 6 weeks until now. I’m currently 36 weeks & have been ill the whole time. Good luck to you, hopefully you won’t feel sick at all or it will be only to the 12th week or so.

  12. its different for every women and pregnancy. WIth my first pregnancy, the nausea kicked in about 13 weeks and lasted until 20 weeks. And now with my 2nd..I had morning sickness as early as 6 weeks and it only lasted a week.

  15. I’m 12 weeks and my nausea just started this week. From what I understand it can happen at any time or not at all. Every pregnancy is different.
