What is the diffrence between mens and womens trainers?

I think some are different colours but I wouldn’t have thought that there was any difference in shape.

for guys its more muscle training you no to impress us but for us, women its more sexy appearance plus mens feet tend to be wider lol

They are differently shaped and have a different sized sole aswell as men are supposedly heavier footed than the average female depending on weight i would guess, and the design will be more “pretty” like slender though i need a wider trainer as it looks nasty wearing trainers and you can see the toes spilling over the side. I think Nike are leading in the trainer sizes and styles at the minute, they always have something nice to buy though they can be a bit expensive.
